If you want to start off the weekend on a healthy note, you may want to head out to Hamlin Saturday morning.

CRISP & GREEN and Pure Barre are teaming up to offer a free barre class followed by refreshments and snacks.

The class takes place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, on the CRISP & GREEN patio, 6055 New Independence Parkway, Suite 130, Winter Garden.
