The town of Windermere will remember the events and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a sunset service.

The 9/11 Sunset Memorial Service takes place at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Town Square Park, 520 Main St., Windermere.

The public is invited to attend and honor those who died, as well as all the heroes who saved countless lives on that horrific day.
