Downtown Winter Garden parking lot to temporarily close

The public parking lot on the corner of South Dillard and South Woodland streets will be closed multiple days for resurfacing.

The city of Winter Garden has announced the downtown Winter Garden public parking lot, located on the corner of South Dillard and South Woodland streets, will be closed multiple days for resurfacing.

Resurfacing of the parking lot will take place all day Friday, Sept. 13., which means all parked vehicles must be removed by no later than Thursday, Sept. 12, at the close of business. Vehicles not removed will be towed.

The parking lot then will be reopened to the public for the weekend, running Saturday, Sept. 14, through Sunday, Sept. 15.

Resurfacing work will recommence Monday, Sept. 16, and will be completed Friday, Sept. 20, which means all parked vehicles from the weekend will need to be removed by no later than Sunday, Sept. 15, at the close of business. Vehicles not removed will be towed.
