The home at 9861 Grosvenor Circle, Windermere, sold Sept. 6, for $1,700,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths and 3,534 square feet of living area. Days on market: 104. The sellers were represented by Ana Paula Teixeira, Ana Teixeira Realty.

The home at 3344 Furlong Way, Gotha, sold Sept. 6, for $542,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,225 square feet of living area. Days on market: 59.

WESTOVER RESERVE
The home at 1822 Westover Reserve Blvd., Windermere, sold Sept. 5, for $970,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,395 square feet of living area. Days on market: 16.
