Horizon West filmmakers to premiere ‘(Pickle)Ballers The Movie’

Horizon West filmmakers The Bishops will debut their new film, “(PickleBallers The Movie,” this weekend in Winter Garden.

The screening will take place at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Garden Theatre. A red-carpet walk will take place at 7 p.m. Remaining tickets are free.

The film is a 2000s-style comedy in the same vein as “Dodgeball” and “Mean Girls.” Lead character Max Belaflore is forced to compete in an underground pickleball competition to win the cash prize and save her home.
