Oakland hosting Celebration Among the Oaks

The annual springtime event will be held in Oakland's VanderLey Park April 12.

The town of Oakland’s annual springtime event offers family-friendly fun, including an egg hunt, egg drop, train rides photos with the Easter Bunny and food trucks. Celebration Among the Oaks takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at VanderLey Park, 117 E. Gulley Ave.

At the nearby Healthy West Orange Arts & Heritage Center, more than 60 vendor booths will be set up for shopping, there will be live music on the porch, and guests can view the latest art exhibition in the center. The arts center is at 126 W. Petris Ave.
