The home at 12824 Jacob Grace Court, Windermere, sold Jan. 28, for $7,150,000. Built in 2005, it has six bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths and 8,289 square feet of living area. Days on market: 79. The sellers were represented by Matt Tomaszewski, Corcoran Premier Realty.

The home at 1206 Sutter Ave., Gotha, sold Jan. 27, for $3.6 million. The sellers were represented by Ahmad Hassan, Compass Florida LLC.
