Horizon West Happenings to host For the Love of Chocolate

There are many ways to show love as Valentine's Day approached. 

For those who love walking or running, Florida Running Company, Horizon West Happenings and Southern Hill Farms are hosting the For the Love of Chocolate 5K at 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at Southern Hills Farm. 

All participants will receive a T-shirt, finisher medal and sweet treats at the finish line. 

Registration also includes a strawberry donut from Souther Hill Farms. 

For the Love of Chocolate 5K includes a kids race with distances varying between 50 yards and 200 yards depending on the age and ability of the child. The kids races start at 9:15 a.m.

Kids races are $15 while registration for the 5K is $40. Registration closes at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14.
