West Orange Habitat hosting Wine Mingle

West Orange Habitat for Humanity is making plans for its Wine Mingle kickoff from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 854 Tilden Oaks Trail, Winter Garden. Participants can learn about Women Build 2025 and form or join a team.

The gathering kicks off the annual building event, in which hundreds of women gather for a day of building homes for qualified families in need. This year’s Women Build is Saturday, May 3.

Community Editor Amy Quesinberry Price was born at the old West Orange Memorial Hospital and raised in Winter Garden. Aside from earning her journalism degree from the University of Georgia, she hasn’t strayed too far from her hometown and her three-mile bubble.
