An Isleworth estate topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Feb. 3 to 9.

The home at 5379 Isleworth Country Club Drive, Windermere, sold Feb. 7, for $2,625,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,872 square feet of living area. Days on market: 364. The sellers were represented by Andrew Burgard, Charles Rutenberg Realty Orlando.
