A new concept coffee shop is coming to Hamlin in April; Abracadabra Play & Café combines an indoor play area for kids and a café for parents.

"The inspiration came during a family trip when we found a magical indoor playground," the company said in a Facebook post. "We realized something was missing in our own community. Our city is warm and rainy in the summer, making outdoor activities challenging. We dreamed of creating a space where kids could play and parents could connect and relax. We wanted a place for parents working from home to meet others, for kids to learn and grow, and for everyone to enjoy snacks and a great coffee."

Beyond the everyday offerings of Abracadabra, the café is planning to host special activities such as music classes for babies, birthday parties and other community-focused events.

The café is located at 5736 Hamlin Groves Trail in Winter Garden.
