The Florida Department of Education released the 2023-24 graduation rates for the state, school districts and high schools. The Orange County Public Schools district's average graduation rate among its 22 traditional high schools is 96%, which continues to outpace the state’s 89.7% average.

“I am incredibly proud of our graduates,” Superintendent Maria Vazquez said. “These scores are a testament to the hard work and collaboration of our teachers, students, administrators and families. The continued increase validates the district’s vision of leading students to success. We will always strive to improve our graduation rates as we prepare our more than 207,000 students for college and career.”

Leading the district with the top three highest graduation rates for traditional high schools are Lake Nona High School, 99.6%; Timber Creek High, 99.1%; and Ocoee and Windermere high schools, both at 99%.

The graduation rate of all Orange County Public Schools, which includes both traditional and charter schools, is 89.3%, a .2% point increase from the 2022-23 graduation rate.
