Freestylin' Grooming Championship returns in Ocoee

Pet's Playground Grooming School and Woof Gang Academy of Grooming come together to host second annual event.

Dog groomers have the opportunity to show their talents and push the boundaries of grooming during the second annual Freestylin' Grooming Challenge. 

Pet's Playground Grooming School and Woof Gang Academy of Grooming is coming together to host the grooming contest from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Woof Gang Academy of Grooming, 9460 W. Colonial Drive, Ocoee. 

Thirty of the country's top competitive groomers will have three hours to groom dogs with "complete artistic freedom without breed and styling guidelines," according to a news release.

Prizes will be awarded for first through fifth place, with a grand prize of $10,000 to the top finisher.
