Downtown Winter Garden home wins Parade of Homes’ Grand Award

A Winter Garden-based custom homebuilder won the coveted Grand Award at the 2025 HBA Lake-Sumter Parade of Homes.

In addition to the Grand Award, Westmont Custom Homes’ The Haven, a Craftsman-style home in downtown Winter Garden, also received first place in the $850,000 to $900,000 category.

The four-bedroom, four-bath, 4,588-square-foot home’s front porch features pecky cypress wood ceilings. Inside, artistic flair and character are woven throughout, with a stunning wrought-iron staircase leading up to the open gallery and an interior metal roof accent adding a unique touch to the space.

The great room flows into the chef-inspired kitchen, boasting two-tone mission-style cabinetry and a matte quartz countertop. Design elements such as brick accents and gas appliances make this home stand out in style and function. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, was carefully considered, creating a harmonious living space that honors the past while embracing the future.
