Core Investment Management plans to revitalize the Dr. Phillips plaza through active leasing and management.

One of the crown jewels of Restaurant Row in Dr. Phillips has a new owner.

Core Investment Management, a Miami-based private investor specializing in retail properties across Florida's primary markets, has acquired Dellagio Town Center, for $37.5M.

Dellagio Town Center, a 109,489-square-foot multi-tenant retail space, is home to several of Dr. Phillips’ popular dining destinations, including Dragonfly Robato Grill & Sushi, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Peperoncino Cucina.

CORE’s Orlando portfolio currently includes more than 1 million square feet. With this addition, CORE's portfolio now exceeds about 2 million square feet across major markets in Florida.

"Dellagio Town Center is a significant milestone for CORE as we expand our retail footprint in Orlando," CORE Principal & Director of Leasing Michael Lohmann said. "Our goal is to revitalize Dellagio through active leasing and management, ensuring it once again becomes a primary destination and a cornerstone of the community."

CORE, along with affiliates CPG Leasing & Management, are headquartered in Miami, and own and operate retail properties in major Florida markets targeting a long-term investment horizon.
