The home at 407 W. First Ave., Windermere, sold March 12, for $2,625,000. Built in 1970, it has six bedrooms, six-and-one-half baths and 4,091 square feet of living area. Days on market: Four. The sellers were represented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.
