OCOEE The gym at Legacy High played host to a double-header Thursday night, as the Eagles boys and girls basketball teams hosted Mount Dora Christian.

In the early game, the Legacy girls basketball team held off a late charge by the visiting Bulldogs for a 46-36 victory, improving its record to 9-7.

In the late game, the Eagles boys team was unable to keep pace with Mount Dora Christian, falling 79-54. Nate Rodriguez had a team-high 15 points for Legacy and Ty Ballant added 14 points and eight rebounds.
